Only opportunities that are ready to invest in now have been included in the list.

For smaller funds then an uptrending price defined by a 100 day high having been broken more recently than a 100 day low.
For individual stocks the above rule applies. In addition to that the stock must have a positive forecast dividend growth and at least 3 years of stable or increasing dividend payments. Any significant insider selling would also banish the stock from the list.
The MSCI New Zealand fund currently looks the best option but it is clearly a risky investment given the small size of the New Zealand (in fact New Zealand is so small my spell check doesn't even recognise it) economy. Individual stocks are dominated by finance and real estate companies. EUROSTOXX50 index looks good value at its current price level. For comparison and a points of reference I have included the FTSE China 25 index with an expected return of 6.30% along with the top current opportunities in Bonds, Real Estate and Commodities. Of course the opportunities will change quickly as certain stocks, funds and commodities reverse their trends and qualify for the list and just shows a snapshot of the market at this moment in time.
